滚筒式门体发泡设备液压系统改造

摘要 滚筒式冰箱门体发泡设备使用过程中出现转动冲击力大、油缸漏油、油温高等问题,影响生产效率。为解决问题,通过分析及调研,对液压系统实施改造:用比例节流调速阀替换常规节流调速阀,增加冷水机降低液压油温,用铜基密封环改进油缸耐压性能,有效减小了设备在运行工作过程中的有害冲击及有害振动,提高设备稳定性、可靠性,提升设备工作效率。 During the use of the drum type refrigerator door foaming equipment,there are problems such as high rotational impact,oil leakage from the oil cylinder,and high oil temperature,which affect production efficiency.In order to solve the problem,through analysis and research,the hydraulic system was reformed:replacing conventional throttle speed regulating valves with proportional throttle speed regulating valves,adding a water chiller to reduce the hydraulic oil temperature,and improving the pressure resistance performance of the oil cylinder with copper based sealing rings,effectively reducing harmful impacts and vibrations during the operation of the equipment,improving the stability and reliability of the equipment,and improving the working efficiency of the equipment.
