运载火箭牵制释放装置设计与动力响应仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 国外运载火箭普遍采用牵制释放发射技术实现火箭起飞时刻的力控制,从而提高发射安全性和可靠性。牵制的可靠性和释放的响应速度决定火箭发射的成败。针对液压驱动连杆式牵制释放装置案例,深入研究构建机构参数化模型,并完成液压驱动系统设计,进行了基于ADAMS和AMESim的联合仿真,对装置释放相关特性进行系统研究,获得释放特性曲线,对运载火箭牵制释放装置设计有一定参考价值。 Foreign launch vehicles generally use the containment release launch technology to realize the force control at the take-off time of the rocket,so as to improve the launch safety and reliability.The reliability of containment and the response speed of release determine the success or failure of rocket launch.Aiming at the case of hydraulic drive connecting rod type restraint and release device,the mechanism parametric model was deeply studied and constructed,the design of hydraulic drive system was completed,the joint simulation based on ADAMS and AMESim was carried out,the release related characteristics of the device was systematically studied,and the release characteristic curves were obtained.It has certain reference value for the design of launch vehicle restraint and release device.
