摘要
为了进一步提升三电平逆变器的可靠性,提出一种利用三维图形进行故障特征提取的方法。以T型逆变器为研究对象,通过测量T型逆变器输出的各相电压,得到A、B、C三相电压波形,利用三相电压绘制三维椭圆环,通过计算三维椭圆环的质心、平均半径以及偏差向量的平均值和标准差来获得故障特征值;为了提升故障诊断的准确性,利用哈里斯鹰优化算法优化支持向量机分类器参数并进行故障诊断,从而实现对T型三电平逆变器单管及双管故障的准确诊断。通过仿真实验验证了提出的特征提取技术及故障诊断方法的有效性和准确性,实验结果表明:所提方法计算简单,故障诊断精度高。
In order to further improve the reliability of three-level inverter,a method of fault feature extraction using 3D graphics was proposed.Taking T-type inverter as the research object,by measuring each phase voltage of the T-type inverter output,A,B,C three-phase voltage waveforms were gotten.The three-phase voltages were use to render 3D elliptic ring.Through calculating three-dimensional circle s center,mean radius and the mean and standard deviation of the deviation vector,the fault characteristic values were obtained.After using Harris hawk optimization(HHO)algorithm to optimize support vector machine(SVM)classifier parameters,the single and double tube faults of T-type inverter could be accurately diagnosed.Finally,the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed feature extraction and fault diagnosis method were verified by simulation experiments.The experimental results show that the proposed method is simple in calculation and has high accuracy in fault diagnosis.
