津沽伤科推拿捏穴手法治疗神经根型颈椎病选穴机制探讨

近年来,随着电子产品与人们生产生活的深度融合,神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的发病率也在日益上升,中西医对于其治疗均有多种手段。推拿作为中医常用的保守治疗方法,在治疗本病中具有独特的优势。津沽伤科推拿捏穴手法独特,在临床治疗CSR中也取得较好的疗效。该手法具有散瘀消肿,疏经通络,解痉止痛的作用,包含点按法、弹拨法和拔伸法,其中以上肢部位的点按法为操作重点,所选穴位多分布于神经、血管附近,侧重于疏经通络,改善肢体血液循环,以及神经受损所致的疼痛,感觉异常。将从中医与现代医学两方面探讨其治疗CSR的选穴机制,以期更好地阐释与推广该治疗方法。

In recent years,with the deep integration of electronic products and people′s lifestyle,the cervical radiculopathy morbidity is also increasing,and traditional Chinese and western medicine have a variety of means for its treatment.As a conservative treatment method commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine,Tuina has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.The unique massage and pinching techniques of Jingu Trauma Department have also achieved good therapeutic effects in clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.This technique has the effect of dissipating stasis and swelling,dredging meridians,relieving spasms and relieving pain.It includes point-pressing manipulation,plucking method and stretching method,in which the point-pressing method of upper limbs is the operation focus,and the selected acupuncture points are mostly distributed near the nerves and blood vessels,focusing on dredging the meridians,improving the blood circulation of the limbs,and relieving the pain and paresthesia caused by nerve damage.Acupuncture mechanism for the treatment of cervical radiculopathy will be explored from both traditional Chinese and modern medicine,with a view to better explaining and promoting this treatment method.
