数字化导板在重度牙周炎患者全口种植修复中的应用

Application of Digital Guide Plate Full-mouth Implant Repair of Patients with Severe Periodontitis

目的:探讨数字化导板辅助下重度牙周炎患者全口种植的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年12月在笔者医院口腔科行全口种植的重度牙周炎患者64例,随机分为常规组和研究组,每组32例。常规组采用常规种植操作,研究组在数字化导板辅助下进行种植修复。术后评估两组的种植体偏差值、牙周指数、并发症、生活质量及患者满意度。结果:研究组种植体偏差值均小于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组菌斑指数、探诊深度、龈沟出血指数均小于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率(6.25%)低于常规组(25.00%),研究组生活质量评分均低于常规组,研究组总满意度(90.62%)高于常规组(68.75%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重度牙周炎患者使用数字化导板进行全口种植修复能提高种植精确性,促进牙周健康,减少并发症,改善生活水平,增加患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of full-mouth implants in patients with severe periodontitis assisted by digital guide plates.Methods Total of 64 patients with severe periodontitis who underwent full-mouth implants in the Department of Stomatology of the author`s hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a routine group(n=32)and a study group(n=32).The routine group used routine planting operations,and the study group performed plant repairs with the aid of digital guide plates.The implant deviation,periodontal index,complications,quality of life and patient satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated postoperatively.Results The implant deviation in the study group were all smaller than routine group(P<0.05).The plaque index,probing depth,and sulcular bleeding index of the study group were all lower than routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group(6.25%)was lower thanroutine group(25.00%).The quality of life scores in the study group were lower than routine group.The total satisfaction of the study group(90.62%)was higher than routine group(68.75%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of digital guide plates for full-mouth implants in patients with severe periodontitis can improve implant accuracy,promote periodontal health,reduce complications,improve living standards,and increase patient satisfaction.
