全方位立体干预措施对口腔种植患者手术成功率及满意度的影响

Effect of Omni-directional Stereo Intervention on the Success Rate and Satisfaction of Patients Undergoing Oral Implant Surgery

目的:探究全方位立体干预措施对口腔种植手术患者成功率及满意度的影响。方法:选择笔者医院2020年12月-2021年10月行口腔种植手术的123例患者随机分为常规组(60例,采用常规护理干预)和观察组(63例,采用全方位立体护理干预),比较两组口腔种植患者手术成功率、满意度、不良情绪、口腔相关生活质量及术后并发症。结果:干预后,观察组手术成功率及满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组口腔种植患者状态-特质焦虑量表(State-trait anxiety inventory,STAI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组STAI评分低于干预前,且观察组低于常规组。干预前,两组口腔种植患者口腔健康相关生活质量(Oral health related quality of life,OHRQoL)量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组OHRQoL量表评分高于干预前,且观察组高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:全方位立体干预措施可以提高口腔种植患者手术成功率及患者满意度,缓解患者焦虑情绪,并减少患者并发症,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective This research aims to explore the effect of omni-directional stereo intervention on the success rate and satisfaction of patients undergoing oral implant surgery.Methods Atotal of 123 patients who underwent oral implant surgery in the author`s hospital from December 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the routine group(60 cases,treated with routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(63 cases,treated with all-round three-dimensional nursing intervention).The success rate of surgery,satisfaction,bad mood,oral related quality of life and postoperative complications of patients with oral implant were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the success rate of operation and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in State-trait anxiety inventory(STAI)scores between the two groups of patients with oral implants(P>0.05).After intervention,the STAI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the STAI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group.Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in Oral health related quality of life(OHRQoL)scores between the two groups of oral implant patients(P>0.05).After intervention,the OHRQoL scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the Ohrqol scores of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the postoperative complications of the observation group were less than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Omni-directional stereo intervention can improve the success rate of surgery and satisfaction of patients undergoing oral implant surgery.It also can relieve the patients'anxiety,and reduce complications.It has certain clinical application value.
