云南省战略性矿产资源开发生态风险评价 被引量:1

ECOLOGICAL RISK ASSESSMENT OF STRATEGIC MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

摘要 云南作为西南生态安全屏障和“有色金属王国”,找准矿产资源开发与生态环境保护契合点,通过生态风险评价引导战略性矿产资源开发活动已迫在眉睫。本文通过构建开发强度、“三废”和生态环境评价指标体系,采用均方差决策法对战略性矿产资源开发生态风险评价。结果显示:生态风险低的矿产资源开发区有8个,较低的18个,中等的17个,较高的17个,高的10个。开发生态风险整体中等,总体形势较为严峻。本文为其他矿产资源开发生态风险评价提供了科学的方法参考,同时可为加强和规范矿产资源开发管理提供依据。 As a crucial ecological security barrier in southwest China and a“kingdom of nonferrous metals”,Yunnan urgently needs to find the junction between mineral resources development and environmental protection,and to guide strategic mineral resources development activities through ecological risk assessment.In this paper,the ecological risk of strategic mineral resources development was assessed by constructing indicators of development intensity,waste emissions,and ecological environment,and using the mean square deviation decision-making method.The results show that there are 8 mineral resource development areas with low ecological risk,18 with relatively low risk,17 with moderate risk,17 with relatively high risk,and 10 with high risk.Overall,the ecological risk of mineral resource development is moderate,and the overall situation is severe.This study provides a scientific reference for the ecological risk assessment of other mineral resources development activities and also provides a basis for strengthening and standardizing the management of mineral resources development.
