摘要
火焰原子吸收光谱法(AAS)是一种分析方法,根据原轻原子对特征质量波长光吸收,确定样品中元素的比例。自1955年沃尔什(A.Waish)为原子能谱(AAS)奠定理论基础以来,AAS将地质、冶金、机械、化学、农业、食品、生物医学、环境等领域设备的简单性、易用性和易操作性等优点结合起来,材料科学等广泛的应用。本文主要围绕火焰原子吸收光谱法测定金精矿中铅含量的不确定度进行探讨,从而获得不确定度评定因果关系。
Atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)is an analytical method to determine the proportion of elements in the sample according to the absorption of light of characteristic wavelength by the original light atoms.Since A.Wash laid the theoretical foundation for atomic energy spectroscopy(AAS)in 1955,AAS has been widely used in material science and other fields,due to it combines the advantages of simplicity,usability and operability of equipment in geology,metallurgy,machinery,chemistry,agriculture,food,biomedicine,environment and other fields.The uncertainty of determination of lead content in gold concentrate by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was discussed inthis paper to investigate the causality of uncertainty evaluation.
