“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系的构建

Construction of quality evaluation index for“Internet plus nursing services”

[目的]构建“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系,为进一步安全推动“互联网+护理服务”的开展,建立可量化的指标。[方法]以三维质量结构理论为框架拟定指标体系初稿,编制问卷,采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行2轮函询,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。[结果]2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100%、94.44%,专家权威系数分别为0.805,0.818。2轮函询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.137,0.180(P<0.001)。最终形成的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标,15个二级指标,51个三级指标。[结论]本研究构建的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系可为安全推动“互联网+护理服务”提供质量评价依据。

Objective This paper constructs the quality evaluation index of“Internet plus nursing services”,and establishes quantifiable indicators in order to further promote the development of“Internet plus nursing services”.Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory,the first draft of the index system was drawn up and the questionnaire was compiled.The Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation with 18 experts,and weights of indicators at all levels were determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recoveries of two rounds of expert questionnaire by correspondence were 100%and 94.44%,and the coefficients of expert authority were 0.805 and 0.818 respectively.The Kendall s coefficients of concordance in two rounds of correspondence consultation were 0.137 and 0.180(P<0.001)respectively.Finally,the quality evaluation index of“Internet plus nursing services”has been formed,including 3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 51 third-level indicators.Conclusions The quality evaluation index of“Internet plus nursing services”constructed in this study provides the basis of quality evaluation for promoting“Internet plus nursing services”safely.
