从健康医疗大数据采集、数据存储、数据分析、信息共享和业务协同、数据利用5个方面分析区域健康医疗大数据中心建设的需求。结合联邦学习的技术优势,提出基于联邦学习的区域健康医疗大数据中心建设模式,论述了该模式的建设路径、建设优势及其在突发公共卫生事件中的应用,并提出完善健康医疗大数据分析顶层设计、明确各相关单位工作职责、加强健康医疗大数据智能化工具研发、健全联邦学习标准规范建设等建议。

This paper analyzes the demand of the construction of regional big data center in healthcare from the collection of big data,data storage,data analysis,information sharing and business collaboration and data utilization.Combined with technical advantages of federated learning,this paper puts forward the construction mode of regional big data center in healthcare,and discusses the construction path,construction advantages and its application in public health emergencies.It puts forward suggestions such as improving the top-level design of big data analytics in healthcare,clarifying the work responsibilities of relevant units,strengthening the research and development of intelligent tools for big data in healthcare,and improving the construction of standards of federated learning.
