Analysis of the urban elderly s demand for smart elderly care services based on individual differences

[目的]掌握老年人对智慧养老服务的需求,了解影响其使用的因素。[方法]通过问卷调查的方式进行数据收集,采用描述性统计分析及单因素卡方检验探究老年人对智慧养老服务的需求及影响因素。[结果]年龄、受教育程度、工作现状、健康水平、医疗支出水平、居住情况、主要照料人、医保类型等个体因素均会影响老年人的智慧养老需求。[结论]应以老年人实际需求为导向,充分考虑个体需求差异,完善相应机制,加强居家照料类服务的提供,并高度关注老年人心理健康,提供个性化、优质高效的智慧养老服务。

Objective To master the elderly s demand for smart elderly care services and understand the factors that affect their use.Methods Data was collected through questionnaire survey.Descriptive statistical analysis and single-factor chi-square test were used to explore the elderly s demand for smart elderly care services and its influencing factors.Results Factors such as age,education level,working status,health level,medical expenditure,who to live with,main caregivers and types of medical insurance affected the need for smart elderly care services.Conclusions The actual needs of the elderly should be taken as the guidance,and the differences in individual needs should be fully considered.Government should improve the corresponding mechanism to provide home care services,pay close attention to the mental health of the elderly,and provide personalized,high-quality and efficient smart elderly care services.
