茅苍术茎、叶、花中多类型资源性化学成分的分析与评价 被引量:2

Analysis and Evaluation of Multi-type Resource Chemical Constituents in Stem,Leaf and Flower of Atractylodes Lancea

摘要 目的:分析与评价茅苍术茎、叶、花中多类型资源性化学成分,为其资源化利用提供数据支撑。方法:采用紫外—可见分光光度法对茅苍术茎、叶、花中的总黄酮、总酚类、总蛋白质进行分析和评价。结果:总黄酮、总酚类在茅苍术地上部分不同部位中含量变化具有相似规律,即茅苍术花中含量>茅苍术叶中含量>茅苍术茎中含量。其中,茅苍术花中总黄酮和总酚类分别高达(24.01±0.16)mg/g和(0.71±0.02)mg/g。3个部位的总蛋白含量均较高,其中叶中含量最高,为(45.98±1.16)mg/g;其次花中含量为(43.94±0.98)mg/g;茎中含量最少,为(36.20±0.67)mg/g。从资源性成分总体分布情况来看,茅苍术茎中所含的总黄酮、总酚类和总蛋白量都最少。结论:茅苍术地上部分含有丰富的总黄酮、总酚和总蛋白等资源性化学成分,尤其是茅苍术花部位,不同部位之间各类型成分的含量差异较为明显。研究结果为茅苍术茎、叶和花部位的精细化利用与产业化开发提供科学依据。 Objective:To analyze and evaluate the various resource chemical components in the stems,leaves and flowers of Atractylodes lancea,and provide data support for its resource utilization.Methods:The total flavonoids,total phenols and total proteins in the stems,leaves and flowers of Atractylodes lancea were analyzed and evaluated by UV-visible spectrophotometry.Results:The content changes of total flavonoids and total phenols in different parts of Atractylodes lancea have similar rules,that is,the content in flowers>the content in leaves>the content in stems.Among them,the total flavonoids and total phenols in the flowers are(24.01±0.16)mg/g,and(0.71±0.02)mg/g.The contents of total protein are high in the three parts,among which,the content in leaves is the highest,(45.98±1.16)mg/g,followed by(43.94±0.98)mg/g in flowers,and(36.20±0.67)mg/g in stems.From the overall distribution of resource components,the total flavonoids,total phenols and total protein in the stem of Atractylodes lancea are the least.Conclusion:The aboveground part of Atractylodes lancea contains abundant total flavonoids,total phenols and total proteins,especially the flower of Atractylodes lancea.In addition,the content difference of various components in different parts is obvious.The research results provide scientific basis for the fine utilization and industrial development of stem,leaf and flower parts of Atractylodes lancea.
