日粮中能量水平对杂交肉牛育肥性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了解日粮不同能量水平对杂交肉牛育肥的效果。该试验选择体重相近(395~405 kg)、体况良好的西门塔尔杂交肉牛60头,随机分成低、中、高能量3组,每组20头,采用不同能量(6.10、6.40、6.70 MJ/kg)水平日粮对其进行120 d的育肥,对其增重、耗料量和屠宰性能指标进行检测。结果表明,提高日粮能量水平可显著增加肉牛的总增重、日均增重和料重比(P<0.05),其中以中、高能量饲料组显著高于低能量饲料组(P<0.05);随着日粮中能量水平的增加,可显著改善肉牛屠宰性能中的眼肌面积和背膘厚度(P<0.05),其中以中、高能量饲料组显著高于低能量饲料组(P<0.05)。结果表明,西门塔尔杂交肉牛育肥期间将日粮中能量水平提高至中、高能量水平可显著改善肉牛生产性能和屠宰性能中的眼肌面积和背膘厚度,获得较好的育肥效果。 To investigate the effect of different energy levels of diets on crossbred beef cattle fattening.In this experiment60 Simmental crossbred beef cattle with similar body weight(395~405 kg)and good body condition were randomly divided into three groups of lowmediumand high energywith 20 cows in each groupand fattened for 120 d on diets with different energy levels(6.10、6.40 and 6.70 MJ/kg).Their weight gainfeed consumptionand slaughter performance indexes were examined.The results showed that increasing the energy level of the diets significantly increased the total weight gainaverage daily weight gainand feed-to-weight ratio of beef cattle(P<0.05)with the medium and high energy feed groups significantly higher than the low energy feed group(P<0.05);with the increase of the energy level of the dietsit significantly improved the eye muscle area and backfat thickness in the slaughter performance of beef cattle(P<0.05)with the medium and high energy feed groups significantly higher than the low energy feed group(P<0.05).The results showed that increasing the energy level in the diet to medium-high energy level during fattening of Simmental crossbred beef cattle significantly improved the eye muscle area and backfat thickness in the production performance and slaughter performance of beef cattle and obtained better fattening results.
