鸡大肠杆菌病的诊断及药敏试验 被引量:3

摘要 2023年3月对临床1例病死鸡进行临床检查、尸体剖检,可见病鸡眼角有干酪样渗出物,肝脏肿大、被膜增厚,表面附着淡黄色的纤维蛋白膜,疑似为大肠杆菌感染。剖检后无菌取心脏、肺脏、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏等病料进行细菌分离培养,在血液琼脂培养基平板上可见生长出隆起的灰白色菌落,菌落表面圆形、光滑、湿润,直径2.6~3.1 mm;在麦康凯琼脂培养基平板上可见生长出中等大小、粉红色圆形的菌落,最终确定该病例为大肠杆菌感染。将培养出来的大肠杆菌通过药敏试验发现,此病例所分离出的大肠杆菌对壮观霉素、丁胺卡那霉素较敏感,对四环素和庆大霉素等具有中度耐药性,对诺氟沙星、奥复星、磺胺甲基异恶唑、复方新诺明具有高度耐药性。 In March 2023,the author carried out clinical examination and autopsy on a clinical dead chicken,and found that there was cheese like exudate in the corners of the eyes of the sick chicken,the liver was swollen,the membrane was thickened,and the surface was attached with yellowish fibrin membrane,which was suspected to be infected by E.coli.After autopsy,sterile samples of the heart,lungs,liver,kidneys,spleen,and other diseased materials were taken for bacterial isolation and cultivation.Raised gray white colonies were visible on the blood agar medium plate,with a circular,smooth,and moist surface,with a diameter of 2.6~3.1 mm;Medium sized,pink and round colonies can be seen on the MacConkey agar medium plate,and the case is finally determined to be E.coli infection.The drug sensitivity test of the cultivated Escherichia coli showed that the Escherichia coli isolated from this case was more sensitive to spectinomycin,amikacin,moderately resistant to tetracycline and gentamicin,and highly resistant to norfloxacin,ofloxacin,sulfamethoxazole,compound sulfamethoxazole.
