Prevention and Treatment Methods of Sheep Mite Disease

目的:探究羊螨病的预防、诊断及治疗方式。方法:选取2023年1月1日—3月1日某养羊场中感染羊螨病的78只病羊作为研究样本,基于治疗方式的差异对其进行分组,西药组39只病羊,以西药方式治疗;联合组39只病羊,以中西药联合的方式治疗,对该病症的流行病学、症状、病因、诊断及防治方式进行分析,并比对2种不同治疗方式对病羊虫体转阴率的影响。结果:治疗7 d后联合组病羊与西药组病羊虫体转阴率分别为66.67%与38.46%,治疗10 d后联合组病羊与西药组病羊虫体转阴率分别为84.62%与64.10%,治疗14 d后联合组病羊与西药组病羊虫体转阴率分别为100.00%与89.74%,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相关人员应该明确羊螨病诊治方法,在日常养殖过程中强化饲养管理,切实做好羊螨病的预防工作,在病症发生后,及时对症治疗,以避免出现大规模的感染造成严重的经济损失,保证养殖效益。

Objective:Explore the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment methods of sheep mite disease.Method:Select 78 diseased sheep infected with sheep mite disease in a sheep farm from January 1 to March 1,2023 as research samples,and group them based on differences in treatment methods.A Western medicine group of 39 diseased sheep were treated with Western medicine;A combined group of 39 diseased sheep were treated with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The epidemiology,symptoms,etiology,diagnosis,and prevention methods of the disease were analyzed,and the effects of two different treatment methods on the negative conversion rate of diseased sheep were compared.Result:After 7 days of treatment,the negative conversion rates of the diseased sheep in the combination group and the Western medicine group were 66.67%and 38.46%,respectively.After 10 days of treatment,the negative conversion rates of the diseased sheep in the combination group and the Western medicine group were 84.62%and 64.10%,respectively.After 14 days of treatment,the negative conversion rates of the diseased sheep in the combination group and the Western medicine group were 100.00%and 89.74%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relevant personnel should clarify the diagnosis and treatment methods of sheep mite disease,strengthen breeding management in the daily breeding process,and effectively prevent sheep mite disease.After the disease occurs,timely targeted treatment should be given to avoid serious economic losses caused by large-scale infections and ensure the breeding efficiency.
