“误诊案例”融入CBL教学模式在《禽病学》教学中的思考

摘要 临床误诊案例教学是案例教学的一种有效的补充方式。选择少而精、与《禽病学》教学重点、难点相对应的禽病临床误诊案例运用到《禽病学》课程的教学中,让学生在学习过程中能运用已学的禽病学基本理论和防控操作流程对家禽异常临床现象进行逻辑推理,认识禽病的本质。该教学方式既能使学生搞清楚误诊的原因,强化学生对基础理论、知识和技能的理解与掌握,又能帮助学生形成良好的临床辩证思辨习惯,提高学生禽病临证逆向推理判断能力,是目前《禽病学》教学中值得探索的一个方向。 Clinical misdiagnosis case teaching is an effective supplementary method of case teaching.The clinical misdiagnosis cases of avian diseases corresponding to the key and difficult points in the teaching of“Aviology”are selected and applied to the teaching of“Aviology”,so that students can use the basic theory of avian diseases and the prevention and control operation process they have learned to carry out logical reasoning on the abnormal clinical phenomena of poultry,and then understand the nature of avian diseases.This teaching method can not only make students understand the causes of misdiagnosis,strengthen their understanding and mastery of basic theories,knowledge and skills,but also help students form good clinical dialectical thinking habits and improve students'ability of clinical reverse reasoning and judgment of avian diseases,which is a direction worth exploring in the current teaching of“Aviology”.
