物流配送无人机消费者选择行为研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 新冠疫情期间,城市内部物流配送服务凸显出许多问题,用户要求配送服务能够做到减少接触、及时送达。轻小型物流无人机作为新型载具,具有运输速度快、人群接触少、不受地面交通影响等优势,获得学界和业界的广泛关注。但在商业化运行前,需要对无人机配送的市场进行详细分析,以量化需求,判断消费者对无人机配送服务的偏好。国内外学者对消费者对无人机配送的选择偏好进行了许多研究,但疫情起伏和研究区域的不同导致国内外研究者对无人机消费者选择行为的研究在概念和方法上存在诸多不同,亟需整合分析。文中收集了国内外对无人机配送服务的偏好研究情况,包括对无人机配送载运具、货物种类相关概念,消费者对无人机选择行为影响因素和选择偏好的研究方法等。最后,提出目前研究存在的不足和展望。研究结果为物流无人机配送服务供应和需求分析提供了重要参考价值。 During the COVID-19 epidemic,many problems emerged in the distribution services within cities,and users demanded that the distribution services should reduce human intensive contact and deliver goods in a timely manner.As a new type of vehicle,light and small logistics unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have the advantages of fast transportation,less contact with people,and are not affected by ground traffic,and have attracted widespread attention from academia and the industry.However,before commercial operation,a detailed analysis of the UAV delivery market is required to quantify demand and determine consumers'preferences for UAV distribution services.Scholars in China and abroad have conducted many studies on consumers'preferences for UAV delivery,but the fluctuations of the epidemic and the differences in research areas have led to many distinction in concepts and methods in the research on consumer choice behavior of UAVs.An integrated analysis is urgently needed.This paper collects domestic and foreign research on the preference of UAV distribution services,including the concepts of UAV distribution vehicles and types of goods,the influencing factors of consumers'choice behavior of UAVs and the research methods of choice preferences.Finally,the deficiencies and prospects of the current research are put forward.The research results provide important reference value for the supply and demand analysis of UAV distribution services.
