“一带一路”背景下我国跨境冷链物流建设方案研究

Research on the Construction Scheme of Cross-border Cold Chain Logistics under the Background of the Belt and Road

2013年,国家提出建设“新丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”,简称为“一带一路”,随着国家“一带一路”建设的稳步推进,国家之间跨境冷链业务往来日益频繁。文中以“一带一路”为中心,结合中欧班列等冷链物流运输等实际情况,对跨境冷链物流的发展现状进行分析,通过AHP层次分析法,以经济性、迅速性、信息性和灵活性等4个评价标准进行分析,提出跨境冷链物流建设方案。

In 2013,the state proposed the construction of the“New Silk Road Economic Belt”and the“21st Century Maritime Silk Road”,known as“the Belt and Road”for short.With the steady progress of the national“the Belt and Road”construction,cross-border cold chain business exchanges between countries have become increasingly frequent.this papen takes“the Belt and Road”as the center,analyzes the development status of cross-border cold chain logistics in combination with the actual situation of cold chain logistics such as the China-Europe Freight Train,and proposes the construction scheme of cross-border cold chain logistics based on four evaluation criteria such as economy,rapidity,information and flexibility through AHP.
