“双碳”背景下农村电商平台绿色物流提升路径研究--基于PDCA循环模型分析

Research on the Promotion Path of Green Logistics of Rural E-commerce Platform under the Background of“Dual Carbon”--Based on PDCA Cycle Model Analysis

近年来,国家提出“双碳”目标,大力倡导绿色能源转型,伴随着农村电商平台的兴起,农村与城市双向物流的需求量不断上升。但由于农村电商物流模式当下仍然存在绿色发展意识薄弱、硬件与软件设施落后、管理体系欠缺等不足,使得在物流过程中造成大量污染。因此,文中在“双碳”背景下利用PDCA循环模型,分析存在当前存在的问题,从计划-执行-检查-处理四个步骤针对性地提出农村电商平台绿色物流的优化路径,供农村电商平台参考,以促进环境的可持续发展。

In recent years,the country has put forward the goal of“dual carbon”and vigorously advocated the transformation of green energy.With the rise of rural e-commerce platforms,the demand for two-way logistics between rural and urban areas is rising.However,due to the current rural e-commerce logistics model still has weak awareness of green development,backward hardware and software facilities,lack of management system and other deficiencies,which cause a lot of pollution during the logistics process.Therefore,under the background of“dual carbon”,this paper uses PDCA cycle model to analyze the existing problems,and proposes the optimization path of green logistics of rural e-commerce platform from four steps of plan-do-check-act,for reference of rural e-commerce platform,so as to promote the sustainable development of the environment.
