冷鲜肉物流配送路径优化研究--以X企业为例

Study on the Route Optimization of Cold Meat Logistics Distribution--Take X Enterprise as an Example

针对冷鲜肉物流时效性高、温度敏感性强的特点,探索冷鲜肉物流配送路径优化方案,以期实现配送成本的降低。文中以X企业为主要研究对象,通过分析X企业当前冷鲜肉物流配送存在的不足,建立基于软时间窗约束下由制冷成本、运输成本及惩罚成本共同构成的总配送成本的车辆路径优化模型,运用节约里程算法对模型进行求解。最后,经实例验证分析,优化后的配送路径模型能够有效降低冷鲜肉物流配送成本,模型具有一定的可行性。

In view of the characteristics of cold meat logistics with high time-dependence and temperature sensitivity,the optimization scheme of cold meat logistics distribution route was explored to reduce the distribution cost.Taking X enterprise as the main research object,through analyzing the deficiency of X enterprise's current cold meat logistics distribution,a vehicle routing optimization model based on soft time window was established,which was composed of refrigeration cost,transportation cost and penalty cost.Meanwhile,the saving mileage method was utilized to solve the model.Eventually,the case analysis proves that the optimized distribution route model can effectively reduce the distribution cost of cold meat logistics,and the model has certain feasibility.
