摘要
为解决充电桩利用率低和运营企业利润低的“双低”问题,助力充电基础设施与新能源汽车协调发展,文中从技术和管理角度出发,借助物联网等技术,引入监管手段,提高充电桩利用率;利用数据驱动运营的思路,开发无人化管理系统,减少成本。以此为基础论文提出新能源汽车充电场无人化运营的新模式,提炼出系统的支撑模块,设计出系统结构与智能终端。最终构建由新能源汽车公司、运营商、车主和充电场为主体的充电生态。
To solve the“double low”problem of low utilization rate of charging piles and low profits of operating enterprises,and help the coordinated development of charging infrastructure and new energy vehicles,this paper,from the perspective of technology and management,with the help of Internet of Things and other technologies,introduces regulatory means to improve the utilization rate of charging piles;The idea of data-driven operation is used to develop an unmanned management system to reduce costs.On this basis,the paper proposes a new mode of unmanned operation of new energy vehicle charging field,extracts the support module of the system,and designs the system structure and intelligent terminal.Finally,it builds a charging ecology dominated by new energy vehicle companies,operators,car owners and charging fields.
