我国高职院校物流人才就业现状、问题及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Employment of Logistics Talents in Higher Vocational Schools in China

随着大数据、云计算、互联网技术的快速发展,物流行业逐渐走向智能化,在新时代的市场需求下,高职院校的物流人才培养机制亟待转变,原有的培养机制相对滞后,企业物流人才“用工荒”和高职院校“就业难”矛盾突出。文中以高职院校物流人才就业为研究对象,以促进就业为导向,分析高职院校物流专业毕业生就业中存在的问题,从而提出要准确定位物流人才培养目标、试点实施现代学徒制、推进职业教育体制创新、改革人才培养模式等,推进物流人才培养朝着智能型、实用型人才方向发展。

With the rapid development of big data,cloud computing,and Internet technology,the logistics industry is gradually moving towards intelligence.Under the market demand of the new era,the training mechanism of logistics talents in secondary vocational schools needs to be changed urgently.The original training mechanism is relatively lagging behind,and the contradiction between“labor shortage”of enterprise logistics talents and“employment difficulty”of secondary vocational schools is prominent.This paper takes the employment of logistics talents in secondary vocational schools as the research object,takes promoting employment as the guidance,analyzes the problems existing in the employment of logistics graduates in secondary vocational schools,and proposes to accurately position the training objectives of logistics talents,pilot the implementation of modern apprenticeship,promote the innovation of vocational education system,reform the talent training mode and evaluation system,to promote the development of logistics talents towards intelligent and practical talents.
