基于PCT专利分析的医药健康产业关键共性技术识别研究

Research on Identification of Industry Key Generic Technologies in Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Based on Patent Analysis

针对医药健康产业进行了国内外专利检索,运用复杂网络分析方法深度挖掘了专利信息,从技术领域和技术主题两个层面建立了产业关键共性技术识别体系,筛选了医药健康产业关键共性技术清单,以期为政府制定产业技术创新战略提供参考。

This paper carries out domestic and foreign patent searches for the pharmaceutical and health industry,mines patent information deeply by using complex network analysis method,establishes the identification system of indus⁃try key generic technologies from both of technical field and technical theme,and finally selects the list of key common technologies in the pharmaceutical and health industry,with a view to providing a reference for the government to formu⁃late industrial technology innovation strategies.
