陕西省淮宁河流域用水现状及需求分析

Current Situation and Demand Analysis of Water Use in Huaining River Basin of Shaanxi Province

以《陕西统计年鉴(2021年)》《2020年陕西省水资源公报》数据为基础,计算分析淮宁河流域社会经济指标及现状供用水,提出水资源开发利用存在问题。在现状基础上,结合流域未来经济指标、《行业用水定额》、可供水量预测等进行供需平衡分析,提出缓解流域水资源供需矛盾、促进流域社会经济可持续发展的建议。

Based on the data of Shaanxi Statistical Yearbook(2021)and Shaanxi Water Resources Bulletin(2020),the social and economic indicators and current water supply and consumption in Huaining River Basin were calculated and analyzed,and existing problems in the development and utilization of water resources were put forward.On the basis of the present situation,the supply and demand balance analysis was conducted in combination with the future economic indicators of the basin,the Industry Water Quota,and the prediction of available water supply.Suggestions were proposed to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in the basin and promote the sustainable development of the basin’s social economy.
