摘要
为贯彻十九大关于“全面实施绩效管理”的精神,执行山西省财政工作会议的部署要求,规范和加强2021年节水型社会建设项目补助资金管理,项目组按照“投入-过程-产出-效益”的思路对2021年度节水补助资金开展绩效评价,为今后节水补助资金使用提供建议,并将评价结果作为下年度分配资金额度的重要指标[1]。
In order to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on“comprehensive implementation of performance management”,implement the deployment requirements of the Shanxi Provincial Financial Work Conference,standardize and strengthen the management of subsidy funds for 2021 water-saving social construction projects,the project team conducts performance evaluation on the 2021 water-saving subsidy funds according to the idea of“input process output benefit”,and provides suggestions for the future use of water-saving subsidy funds.The evaluation results will be used as an important indicator of the amount of funds allocated in the next year.
