水利工程白蚁防治机构服务能力评价指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Service Capacity of Termite Control Institutions in Water Conservancy Projects

白蚁对水利工程的危害由来已久,随着全球气候变暖,使白蚁活动范围加大、危害加剧。目前,从事水利工程白蚁防治机构的服务能力不足,白蚁防治技术不规范,达不到白蚁治理要求,甚至带来新的工程安全隐患和水环境污染等问题。基于水利工程白蚁防治市场现状调研和存在的问题,提出了水利工程白蚁防治机构服务能力评价指标选择原则,从设施设备、技术能力、经营能力、管理能力等方面构建了机构服务能力评价指标体系,建立了可操作性评价模型,并选用二元对比模糊分析法确定指标权重。

The harm of termites to water conservancy projects has a long history.With the global warming,the scope of activity and the harm of termites has increased.At present,the service capacity of termite control institutions in water conservancy projects is insufficient,and the termite control technology is not standardized.It can’t meet the requirements of termite control,and even bring new engineering safety hazards and water environment problems.Based on the survey of the current situation of the termite control market in water conservancy projects and the existing problems,it puts forward the selection principle of the evaluation index of the service ability of the termite control institutions in water conservancy projects,constructs the evaluation index system of the service ability of the institutions from the aspects of facilities and equipment,technical ability,operation ability,management ability,etc.,establishes the operability evaluation model,and selects the binary contrast fuzzy analysis method to determine the index weight.
