摘要
综述了乙烯制乙苯的各种生产工艺,包括AlCl3法、Alkar工艺、气相分子筛法、液相分子筛法、催化精馏法等。其中AlCl3法因为污染和腐蚀性严重、能量利用率低等问题已逐渐被淘汰。Alkar工艺因为催化剂成本高,同时还有腐蚀问题,因此未得到普及。分子筛法当前应用最广泛,良好得解决了之前技术中存在的腐蚀问题。催化精馏法通过将精馏与反应结合在一起,降低了设备投资,提高了产品品质,在未来具有良好的发展前景。
The various production processes of ethylene to ethylbenzene were reviewed,including AlCl3 method,Alkar process,gas-phase molecular sieve method,liquid molecular sieve method,catalytic distillation method,etc.Among them,the AlCl3 method has been gradually eliminated due to serious pollution and corrosion,low energy utilization and other problems.The Alkar process is not widely available due to the high cost of catalysts and corrosion problems.The molecular sieve method is currently the most widely used,and it solves the corrosion problem in the previous technology.By combining rectification with reaction,catalytic distillation reduces equipment investment and improves product quality,and has good development prospects in the future.
