重整氢气优化应用试验分析

摘要 氢气是炼油厂提升效益的必要资源,合理利用氢气资源,降低生产成本是所有炼油厂的重要课题。某石化企业为了提高氢气利用率,提出重整氢优化方案,将重整氢送蜡油加氢装置、焦化汽油加氢装置做部分氢源。实施效果表明,重整氢送蜡油加氢装置做部分氢源效益明显,为企业充分实现氢资源的“高质高用,低质优用”起引领作用。 Hydrogen is an essential resource for refineries to improve their efficiency,so reducing cost by reasonable utilization of hydrogen and improving hydrogen utilization rate are the main issues for all refineries.The company puts forward the optimization plan,which uses reforming hydrogen as a partial hydrogen feeds of gasoil hydrotreating unit and coker gasoline hydrotreating unit,to improve the utilization rate of hydrogen.The results show that the use of reforming hydrogen in gasoil hydrotreating unit has obvious benefit,and plays a leading role in fully realizing optimal cascade utilization of hydrogen resource in the company.
