新入职护士工作准备度现状及其影响因素

摘要 目的:分析新入职护士工作准备度现状及其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,应用一般情况调查表、新入职护士工作准备度量表、临床教学行为量表于2021年11月对河南省8所医院的349名新入职护士进行问卷调查。结果:新入职护士工作准备度得分为(272.25±52.20)分,临床教学行为得分为(94.41±17.88)分;新入职护士工作准备度与临床教学行为及各维度均呈正相关;回归分析显示,学历和临床教学行为量表的教书育人、反馈与评估、表示关心与支持3个维度对新入职护士工作准备度有影响,可解释总变异的61.20%。结论:新入职护士工作准备度处于中等偏上水平,受到学历、临床教学行为等因素影响。护理管理者应采取针对性干预措施,以提升新入职护士工作准备度水平,帮助新入职护士适应临床护士角色。 Objective:To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of job readiness of newly graduate nurses.Methods:The convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 349 newly graduated nurses from 8 hospitals in Henan province in November 2021 by using the general situation questionnaire,the Newly Graduate Nurses Job Readiness Scale and the Clinical Teaching Behavior Scale.Results:The job readiness score and clinical teaching behavior score of newly graduate nurses were(272.25±52.20)and(94.41±17.88),respectively.The scores of clinical teaching behavior and all dimensions were positively correlated with work readiness of newly graduate nurses.Educational background and teaching,feedback and evaluation,and expressing concern and support in clinical teaching behavior scale had an impact on the job readiness of newly graduated nurses,which can explain 61.20%of the total variation.Conclusion:The job readiness of newly graduated nurses is above the medium level,which is affected by educational background,clinical teaching behavior and other factors.Nursing managers could take targeted intervention measures to improve the job readiness of newly graduated nurses and help them adapt to the role of clinical nurses.
