摘要
以JH21-60开式压力机机身为研究对象,针对JH21-60开式压力机机身角变形等问题,分别利用理论计算、有限元建模分析以及现场实验三种方法分析机身角刚度,论证了有限元分析法计算角刚度的可靠性,为机身结构设计及后续结构优化提供理论分析依据,为降低机床设计和改进的成本提供了一种重要的方法。
Taking the JH21-60 open type press body as the research object,methods of theoretical calculation,finite element modeling analysis and field experiment were used to analyze the angle stiffness of the body,and demonstrate the reliability of the finite element analysis method to calculate the angle stiffness.It provides a theoretical analysis basis for the body structural design and subsequent structure optimization,and provides an important method to reduce the design and improvement cost of the machine tool.
