摘要
部分交流变频绞车工作过程中常出现故障,目前对此无系统的诊断方法,基于此现状及需求,提出了基于故障树分析问题的方法。以JC70DB交流变频电驱动绞车气控系统的常见故障为模型建立故障树,进行定性和定量分析,结合计算结果与现场实际给出诊断顺序,为绞车工作过程中气控系统故障排查和后期维护保养提供理论依据。
Some AC variable frequency drawworks often have faults in the working process.At present,there is no systematic diagnosis method for this problem.Based on this situation and demand,a method based on fault tree analysis is proposed.The common faults of the air control system of JC70DB AC variable-frequency electric drive drawworks are taken as the model to establish the fault tree,then the qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted.Finally,the diagnosis sequence is given by combining the calculation results with the actual situation on site.It provides a theoretical basis for the troubleshooting and later maintenance of the air control system in the working process of the drawworks.
