摘要
在电液伺服系统中,将双向齿轮泵作为伺服控制元件,并对其提出控制性能需求。基于理想状态下双向齿轮泵泄漏量的数值仿真,研究不同工况下双向齿轮泵的控制性能。结果表明,其控制性能与测试齿轮泵的压力、温度以及转速密切相关。搭建不同工况下双向齿轮泵容积效率的测试平台并设置测试方法。实验数据显示:双向齿轮泵的容积效率与转速呈正相关,与温度、压力呈负相关,与仿真结果基本一致。因此转速、温度、压力的变化影响双向齿轮泵的控制性能。
Different from the traditional system,the bidirectional gear pump is used as the servo control element in the electro-hydraulic servo system,and the control performance requirements are proposed.Based on the numerical simulation of the leakage of the bi-directional gear pump under ideal conditions,the control performance of the bi-directional gear pump under different working conditions is studied.The results show that its control performance is closely related to the pressure,temperature and speed of the test gear pump.Build a test platform can observe its volume efficiency under different working conditions and set up test methods.Experimental data show that the volumetric efficiency of the two-way gear pump is positively correlated with the speed,and negatively correlated with temperature and pressure,which is basically consistent with the simulation results.Therefore,changes in speed,temperature and pressure affect the control performance of bi-directional gear pump.
