某机载多光谱相机平台随机振动研究分析

摘要 该文利用Ansys建立了某机载相机平台的有限元模型,讨论了减振器的仿真分析方法。对系统进行含预应力的模态分析,并在此基础上进行了随机振动分析,得到了结构的固有频率和振型,及随机振动下的应力与加速度功率谱密度,结果表明该结构设计满足机载环境设计要求。该仿真分析对带减振器的机载结构形式的设计有重要意义。 In this paper,the finite element model of an airborne multispectral camera platform is established by Ansys,and the simulation analysis method of damper is discussed.The random vibration is analyzed based on the modal analysis which include the pre-stress methodm;then the natural frequency and vibration modes of the structure are obtained,as well as the stress and accelerated PSD under random vibration.The result shows that the structural design meets airborne environment requirements.The simulation analysis is of great significance for design of the airborne structure form with shock absorber.
