长输气管道应力及内部附着物分布情况仿真计算

摘要 针对长输气管道在运行过程中因气体所含杂质的堆积造成管路内壁腐蚀现象及应力作用下导致的管道失效问题,进行仿真分析,取管路中通常应力最集中部位及最易产生杂质堆积的弯管段中的L型和Z型弯折管段为计算模型。采用仿真计算方法,在定常计算条件下,选择标准k-ε湍流方程及SIMPLEC算法,在额定工况下,对长输气管路管壁受力情况及气体所含杂质在管路内分布情况进行计算。在求解获得管道内气体流动速度、压力分布特性的基础上,进一步分析了杂质在管路内部的分布情况。其研究结果可为输气管道易损点的判断及管路的维护提供理论依据。 Aiming at the problems of corrosion on inner wall of pipeline caused by accumulation of impurities contained in gas on inner surface of pipeline and failure of pipeline caused by stress during operation,simulation analysis is conducted in this paper through taking the pipe parts where the stress is usually most concentrated and the L and Z bending pipe sections which are most likely to generate impurity accumulation as the calculation models.Based on the simulation calculation method and under constant calculation condition,the standard k-εturbulence equation and SIMPLEC algorithm are selected to calculate the stress on the pipe wall of long gas pipeline and the distribution of impurities contained in gases in the calculated pipeline under the rated conditions.Based on the solution of velocity and pressure distribution characteristics of gas flow in the pipeline,the distribution of impurities in the pipeline is further analyzed.The study results can provide theoretical basis for determination of the vulnerable points of gas transmission pipeline and the maintenance of pipeline.
