摘要
针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情区域性的爆发所导致的医护人员日常防护消毒困难较多的问题,设计了一种由移动底盘系统和可升降消毒系统组成的移动消毒防疫机器人,其具备自主移动和自动消毒功能。重点介绍了机器人的总体结构设计方案,理论分析了机器人平地运动和爬坡运动能力,并对驱动轮轴进行了校核计算,验证了设计的驱动轮轴的可靠性。通过样机试制实验,初步验证了机器人移动功能、升降消毒功能的可行性。该机器人一方面可以完成无死角、高要求的消毒杀菌,提高了消毒效率,省时省力;另一方面可以减少医护人员感染的风险,也缓解了医护人员短缺的问题,具有良好的社会意义和推广价值。
Due to the regional outbreak of COVID-19,medical staff have more difficulties in daily protection and disinfection.This paper proposes a mobile disinfection and epidemic prevention robot composed of a mobile chassis system and a lifting disinfection system,which has the functions of autonomous movement and automatic disinfection.This paper focuses on the overall structure design scheme of the robot,theoretically analyzes the robot's ability to move on the ground and climb,and checks and calculates the drive axle,which verifies the reliability of the designed drive axle.Through the trial production of the prototype,the preliminary experiment verifies the feasibility of the robot's moving function and lifting disinfection function.On one hand,the robot can complete the disinfection and sterilization without dead corners and with high requirements,which improves the disinfection efficiency and saves time and labor;On the other hand,it can reduce the risk of infection of medical staff and also alleviate the problem of shortage of medical staff,which has good social significance and promotion value.
