摘要
粉皮制作过程中,温度将直接影响粉皮成品的质量。以粉皮高温成型为研究对象,重点阐述了PID温度控制理论及粉皮机温度控制系统设计过程,通过选用西门子PLC和触摸屏设计出温度控制系统以及触摸屏温度实时监测画面,经实验调试,该设计可以实现粉皮高温成型过程中温度的实时采集、调节和监控,有效提高粉皮成品的质量。
In the manufacturing process of the sheet jelly,temperature directly affects the quality of the sheet jelly.In this paper,based on the high-temperature processing of the sheet jelly,the PID temperature control theory and the design process of the sheet jelly machine temperature control system are illustrated.The temperature control system is designed and the touch screen temperature real-time monitoring is realized through using the Siemens PLC and touch screen.Through experimental debugging,it shows that the design can realize the real-time collection,regulation and monitoring of the temperature during the high-temperature molding process of the sheet jelly,and it can effectively improve quality of the finished sheet jelly.
