摘要 针对矿井通风机倒机过程风量波动剧烈等问题,设计了一套基于PLC控制的通风机不停风倒机控制系统。通过在主备风道设置四道水平、垂直风门并对其开合角度及通风电机进行远程控制实现不停风倒机,维持风机切换过程风量恒定。并采用粒子群及模糊控制算法对PID控制器进行优化,实现切机过程风量自适应调节,经运行测试系统运行良好,可有效提高煤矿通风系统运行稳定性、安全性及高效性。 Aiming at the problem that the air volume fluctuates violently in the process of mine ventilator switching,a set of control system for non-stop fan switching based on PLC control is designed.By setting four horizontal and vertical air doors in the main and standby air ducts and remotely controlling their opening and closing angles and the ventilation motor,non-stop fan switching is realized,and the air volume in the switching process of the fan is maintained constant.The particle swarm optimization and fuzzy control algorithm are used to optimize the PID controller so as to realize the adaptive adjustment of air volume during the machine switching process.The test system runs well,which can effectively improve the stability,safety and efficiency of the coal mine ventilation system.
