钢轨打磨车液压油箱气泡分析与结构优化研究

摘要 以钢轨打磨车液压系统为研究对象,利用Fluent中的欧拉-欧拉多相流模型,对钢轨打磨车散热液压油箱内部流场进行气液两相流仿真,揭示了散热液压油箱内气泡的分布规律,基于该模型分析气泡回油流动状态和隔板对气泡分布的影响,对油箱结构进行优化,提出气液分离优化方案,有效提高了液压系统的稳定性。为钢轨打磨车散热液压系统的改进提供了理论依据。 The hydraulic oil tank bubble directly affects the normal operation of the hydraulic system.In this paper,the hydraulic system of rail grinding trains is studied.Based on the Euler-Euler multiphase flow model in Fluent,the gas-liquid two-phase flow simulation of the internal flow field of the rail grinding trains cooling hydraulic tank is carried out,and the distribution law of bubbles in the cooling hydraulic oil tank is revealed.Based on this model,the flow state of bubble return and the influence of separator on bubble distribution are analyzed,and the structure of oil tank is optimized.The optimization scheme of gas-liquid separation is proposed,which effectively improves the stability of the hydraulic system.This study provides a theoretical basis for improvement of the cooling hydraulic system of the rail grinding trains.
