激光标刻二维码图像工艺及加工参数研究

摘要 激光标刻技术作为一种高效、环保的标刻技术,其标刻的图像质量、颜色受到激光器参数的影响较大,该文研究了利用激光在铝合金表面标刻二维码的图像质量与激光标刻参数之间的关系,通过试验发现,低功率、高扫描速度和短脉冲宽度可以在试件表面加工出白色二维码,高功率、低扫描速度和长脉冲宽度则可以加工出呈黑色的二维码图像,对其他金属材料表面标刻二维码提供了重要参考价值。研究了激光在铝合金表面标刻黑底白码、白底黑码两种组合图像的二维码图像质量、读识质量、制作效率以及激光标刻工艺参数之间的关系,获取了结合读识质量、制作时间综合最优的组合二维码图像激光标刻工艺参数,并利用超景深光学数码显微镜对标刻区域的表面形貌进行扫描,从而从微观上解释激光在铝合金表面标刻二维码颜色与激光工艺参数之间的关系,为铝合金以及其他金属材料表面标刻高图像质量和高识别质量组合式二维码提供理论基础和实现方法。所获得的结果为其他金属材料表面标刻二维码提供了参考价值。 Laser marking technology is efficient and environment-friendly marking technology,the image quality and color of laser marking are greatly affected by laser parameters.In this paper,relationship between the image quality of laser marking two-dimensional code on the surface of aluminum alloy and laser marking parameters is studied.It is found through experiments that low power,high scanning speed and short pulse width can produce white two-dimensional code on the surface of the specimen;while high power,bottom scanning speed and long pulse width can produce black two-dimensional code image.It provides an important reference value for marking two-dimensional code on the surface of other metal materials.Then,relationship between the two-dimensional code image quality,reading quality,production efficiency and laser marking process parameters of the two combined images of laser marking black background white code and white background black code on the aluminum alloy surface is studied,and the laser marking process parameters of the combined two-dimensional code image with the best reading quality and production time are obtained.The super depth of field optical digital microscope is used to scan the surface morphology of the marking area,so as to explain relationship between the color of laser marking two-dimensional code on the aluminum alloy surface and the laser process parameters from a microscopic perspective;and it provides a theoretical basis and implementation method for marking of high image quality and high recognition quality combined two-dimensional code on the aluminum alloy and other metal materials.The obtained results provide a reference value for other metal material surface marking two-dimensional code.
