摘要
特种设备在我国社会经济发展过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。针对特种设备传统制造存在技术含量不高、设备质量安全水平较低、事故率较高以及管理落后等问题,阐述了基于特种设备智能制造关键技术的应用现状,以工业互联网、AI技术、大数据应用为基础,给出了特种设备智能制造整体架构,并在此基础上论述了特种设备智能制造深度感知技术和智能网联故障诊断和无损检测技术应用及发展趋势,为降低特种设备安全风险、提高特种设备系统化管理、降低特种设备维护成本、推动制造业的转型升级提供一定的参考借鉴。
Special equipment plays a very important role in the process of social and economic development in China.In view of the problems of traditional manufacturing of special equipment,such as low technical content,low equipment quality and safety level,high accident rate and backward management,the overall architecture of special equipment intelligent manufacturing is provided in this paper based on the application status of the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing of special equipment and application of the industrial Internet,AI technology and big data.On this basis,the application and development trend of special equipment intelligent manufacturing depth perception technology and intelligent network fault diagnosis and non-destructive testing technology are discussed.It provides a certain reference for reducing the safety risk and the maintenance cost,improving the systematic management of special equipment,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
