课程思政视域下“大学生职业生涯规划”课程的内核、意义与改革路径——以山西工程科技职业大学为例 被引量:2

摘要 课程思政是一种新的课程观,它是高校落实“立德树人”教育根本任务的重要举措。以课程思政反观“大学生职业生涯规划”课程,探讨职业本科院校中这一课程的内核即实现个人需要和社会需要相统一,分析课程思政这一新的课程观对“大学生职业生涯规划”课程教学产生的意义,同时提出“大学生职业生涯规划课程”改革的三个路径:成立课程教研室,进行合理的课程设置和教学改革;建立生涯咨询中心,做好个性化大学生职业生涯规划教育;建立协同育人机制,增强课程育人的影响力和实效性。 Curriculum ideology and politics is an important initiative for universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education,which is a new view of curriculum.The paper explores the core of“career planning for college students”course in vocational undergraduate colleges,that is,to realize the unification of personal needs and social needs,analyzes the significance of this new curriculum view of curriculum ideology and politics on the teaching of“career planning for college students”.and proposes three paths for the reform of“career planning for college students”:setting up a course teaching and research office to carry out reasonable curriculum and teaching reform;establishing a career counseling center to do a good job of personalized career planning education for college students;establishing a collaborative education mechanism to enhance the influence and effectiveness of the course in educating people.
