人工智能背景下高职酒店人才培养模式研究

摘要 在人工智能广泛应用于服务行业这一背景下,酒店行业亦步入以大数据应用为核心的人工智能“智慧酒店”时代,如何培养复合型、创新型人才是高职酒店管理专业面临的一项迫切且充满挑战的任务。深度剖析酒店传统人才培养模式的现状,进一步分析高职酒店人才培养过程中存在的主要弊端,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、教师队伍团队建设以及校企合作等方面多方位构建现代高职酒店管理创新型人才培养模式,为“智慧酒店”提供既掌握人工智能技术又懂服务与管理,同时又具有互联网思维和创新能力的高素质复合型、创新型人才。 Under the background that AI is widely used in the service industry,the hotel industry has also entered the era of AI“smart hotel”with big data application as the core.It is an urgent and challenging task for higher vocational hotel management to cultivate innovative talents.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the traditional talent training mode in hotels,the paper further analyzes the main disadvantage in the process of talent training in higher vocational hotel management and builds innovative talent training mode in higher vocational hotel management from the aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum system,teaching mode,faculty team building and school enterprise cooperation so as to provide high-quality composite and innovative talents who not only master artificial intelligence technology but also understand service and management,and possess internet thinking and innovation capabilities for“smart hotels”.
