敏捷理念下高职院校“幼儿游戏理论与指导”课程教学方法初探

Exploration of Teaching Methods for Course of“Theory and Guidance of Preschool Games”in Higher Vocational Colleges under Philosophy of Agil

摘要 为满足高职教育着重培养技术技能型人才的需要,在敏捷理念的指导下,针对高职院校学前教育专业“幼儿游戏理论与指导”课程的教学现状,对该课程的教学方法进行改良。具体的改良措施有:优化教学设计和教学内容,将教学模块分为四个迭代阶段;建立有效的反馈机制,及时迭代和调整;因材施教,建立课程资源库。 In order to meet the need of higher vocational education to focus on training technical and skilled talents,under the guidance of the philosophy of agile,the teaching methods of the course“theory and guidance of preschool games”for preschool education major in higher vocational colleges are improved.Specific improvement measures include optimizing the teaching content and teaching design,dividing the teaching content into four short learning stages;establishing an effective feedback mechanism to iterate and adjust teaching design and content;establishing a curriculum resource database to teach students according to their aptitude.
