摘要
新手教师又称初任教师、新教师或新合格教师,其特点是缺乏教育教学经验且处于“学生—教师”的职业化时期,这一时期是新手教师职业生涯中最艰难的阶段,对其进行入职教育是帮助新手教师应对职业挑战,促使其以最快的速度适应新环境和新文化的重要策略。基于此,以师徒制模式为中心,阐述师徒制模式下三种主要的新手教师入职教育途径,分别是传统师徒制、团队师徒制以及电子师徒制,以期为新手教师的入职教育提供方向指引和策略选择。
Novice teachers,also known as beginning teachers,new teachers or newly qualified teachers,are characterized by a lack of educational teaching experience and being in the professionalization period of the“student-teacher”.The period is the most difficult stage of novice teachers career,and induction education is an important strategy to help novice teachers cope with professional challenges and adapt to the new environment and new culture as quickly as possible.Based on this,focusing on the mentoring mode,this paper expounds three main ways of novice teachers induction education under the mentoring mode,which are traditional mentoring,group mentoring and electronic mentoring,in order to provide direction guidance and strategy choice for novice teachers induction education.
