医学情景模拟教学对本科生综合能力培养的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究医学情景模拟教学在本科生综合能力培养中的应用效果。方法将大连医科大学2017级5+3一体化临床医学专业本科阶段学生和2017级5年制临床医学专业学生分别随机分为A、B两组,A组接受传统医学教育,B组接受情景模拟教学。比较两组学生的临床思维考核成绩、临床技能操作考核成绩。组间均数比较采用t检验。结果5+3一体化临床医学专业本科阶段和5年制临床医学专业的B组学生临床思维能力考核成绩均高于A组学生,差异具有统计学意义;B组学生综合病例考核和标准化病人考核成绩均高于A组学生,差异具有统计学意义。但B组学生的技能操作考核成绩较A组学生无明显升高,差异无统计学意义。结论采用情景模拟教学有助于提高教学质量和实习效果,尤其在培养学生解决临床实际问题能力和创新能力及临床思维能力上较传统医学教育模式有更明显的优势。 Objective To investigate the effect of medical situation simulation in teaching of comprehensive clinical ability.Method students were randomly divided into two groups:A group was taught by traditional teaching method and B group by medical situation simulation method.The total score of clinical thinking examination and technique examination was compared between the two groups,and teaching effects were investigated.Data of two groups were analyzed by using t test,and statistical significance was established at a P value of less than 0.05.Results The scores in B Group are higher than A group of clinical thinking,there is statistical significance.The comprehensive case analysis and standardized patient assessment scores of group B students were higher than those of group A,with statistical difference.However,the skill operation scores of group B students were not significandy higher than those of the control group,with no statistical difference.Conclusion The medical situation simulation could encourage the study interest of students,improve the ability to analysis problem,cultivate team spirit and elevate the ability of practice.
