多学科团队协作联合病例讨论模式在本科生牙周病学教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 口腔环境是一个复杂的整体,随着现代口腔医学的发展,口腔治疗的专科化趋势已愈发明显,这一专科化同样存在于口腔医学专业医学生的理论及临床培养中,但这并不利于他们临床综合诊疗能力的培养。牙周病学是口腔各学科的交汇融合点,以牙周病学为中心开展多学科团队协作(multiple disciplinary team,MDT)更有利于将口腔各学科联系起来。因此,本教学团队创新性地将MDT联合病例讨论模式融入口腔医学本科生的牙周病学教学中,以期提高其临床综合诊疗能力。 Oral environment is complex.With the development of modern stomatology,the specialization of oral treatment has become more and more obvious.This specialization also exists in the theoretical and clinical education of stomatological students,which is detrimental to the cultivation of their comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment ability. Periodontology is the intersection of various oral disciplines. Taking periodontology as the center and carrying out multi-disciplinary team ( MDT ) is more conducive to connecting various oral disciplines. Therefore, we innovatively combined MDT with case discussion centered on Periodontology, and applied it into periodontal teaching for oral undergraduates, in order to improve their comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.
