实战化背景下某新型医院船海上卫勤演练的实践与思考

Practice and thinking of medical drill onboard the new type hospital ship based on practical combat background

本文分析某新型医院船海上卫勤演练情况,从海上卫勤指挥、海上医疗救治特点、海上转运机制、安全机制等方面,讨论当前海上医疗救护与后送中所存在的具体问题。同时,针对存在的问题,提出未来海上医疗救治和后送中的可行性建议和措施,以提高新型医院船未来海上卫勤保障能力。

This paper analyzed the actual conditions of maritime medical drill onboard the new hospital ship,and discussed the specific problems existing in maritime medical rescue and evacuation from the perspectives of maritime medical service command,medical treatment characteristics,maritime transfer mechanism,safety mechanism and so on.At the same time,in view of the existing problems,feasible suggestions and measures were rendered for future marine medical treatment and evacuation,so as to improve the support capacity of the hospital ship in marine medical support.
