新时代学校劳动教育作为国民教育体系的重要内容之一,是学生健康成长的必要途径,具有树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值,其根本目标是培养学生的劳动观念和劳动品质。新时代学校开展劳动教育首先要始终把握育人导向,厚植为民情怀;其次要遵循育人规律,增强育人实效;再次要体现时代特征,增强学生劳动意识;最后要因地制宜,让学生养成劳动习惯。新时代加强学校劳动教育既是现实需要又是发展需要,落实学校劳动教育有利于促进学生个人的全面发展、有助于学校落实立德树人的要求、有益于实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

As an important part of China’s national education system,labor education in the new era is a necessary way for students to grow up healthily.Its comprehensive educational value including the cultivation of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and aesthetic ability.Its fundamental goal is to cultivate students’labor concept and quality.To carry out labor education in schools in the new era,first of all,we should always grasp the guidance of education and cultivate the feelings of serving the people;secondly,we should follow the rule of education and improve effectiveness of education;thirdly,we should reflect the characteristics of the times and strengthen the students’labor consciousness;and finally,we should cultivate the habit of labor according to specific conditions.Strengthening school labor education in the new era is both a practical need and a development need.Implementing school labor education is conducive to promoting the overall development of students,helping schools to implement the requirements of moral cultivation,and contributing to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
