长江经济带科技金融发展水平测度及政策研究

Measurement and Policy Research on the Development Level of Science and Technology Finance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要 基于2009—2020年数据,从科技金融环境、结构、投入、产出4个方面选取了19个二级指标构建科技金融发展水平评价体系,运用全局熵值法测度长江经济带科技金融发展水平,再通过聚类分析法探究省域科技金融水平差异。实证结果表明,近年来长江经济带科技金融的发展水平整体呈稳步上升,但省域差异比较明显、投入产出转化效率偏低。鉴于此,提出完善金融服务体系、消解区域差异、提高产出效率和科技金融协同发展等政策建议。 Based on the data from 2009 to 2020,19 second-level indicators were selected from four as-pects of the environment,structure,input and output of science and technology finance to construct the evaluation system of the development level of science and technology finance.The global entropy method was used to measure the development level of science and technology finance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The empirical results show that in recent years,the development level of sci-ence,technology and finance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been steadily increasing,but the provincial differences are obvious and the input-output transformation efficiency is low.In view of this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as improving the financial service system,resolving regional differences,improving output efficiency and the coordinated development of science and technology and finance.
