摘要
汽车生产使用电阻点焊的方式焊接汽车轮罩,点焊的数量以及焊点间距直接影响轮罩的结构强度以及使用的可靠性,同时也影响到焊接加工的时效性和成本。采用功率谱密度函数PSD,模拟汽车轮罩在真实使用环境下的载荷,汽车行驶过程中的振动是随机性的,模型使用共节点焊点连接和耦合焊点连接两种连接方式,通过使用ANSYSworkbench软件来模拟汽车轮罩在真实振动载荷下的变形情况以及应力表现,以此来验证不同的焊点数量以及不同的焊点间距对汽车轮罩性能产生的各种影响,并根据仿真分析的结果,优化焊点间距和焊点数量,重新设计轮罩的焊点数量,优化轮罩的焊接工艺。
The automobile wheel housing is welded by resistance spot welding in automobile produc-tion.The number of spot welding and the distance between welding points directly affect the structural strength and reliability of the wheel housing,as well as the timeliness and cost of welding processing.In this paper,PSD is used to simulate the load of the automobile wheel housing under the real use en-vironment.The vibration of the automobile in the process of driving is random.The model uses two connection methods,namely,common node solder joint connection and coupling solder joint connec-tion.The ANSYS workbench software is used to simulate the deformation and stress performance of the automobile wheel housing under the real vibration load,This is used to verify the various effects of different number of welding spots and different spacing of welding spots on the performance of automo-bile wheel housing.According to the results of simulation analysis,optimize the spacing and number of welding spots,redesign the number of welding spots of wheel housing,and we optimize the welding process of wheel housing.
